While driving around yesterday, I caught a snippet of WADA head (and Lance Armstrong nemesis) Dick Pound being interviewed on public radio’s “Fresh Air”. I had no idea what he would be doing on the program, until I heard him talking about his book. At any rate, I haven’t heard the entire interview (you can listen to it online here), but the one bit I heard was him being asked if any of the athletes were doping when he was an Olympic swimmer in 1960. His response? “Well, certainly not the swimmers.”
